Pilates Classes Schedule

Pilates movements utilize spring resistance to strengthen muscles, tone the core, and balance the body.

Classes and private sessions use a combination of Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, Tower, Mat, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Pedi Pole, and Resister.

EQUIPMENT classes use Pilates Reformer, Tower/Mat, Wunda Chair, or Spine Corrector.
PILATES MAT classes are Pilates Mat only and are in the studio or via Zoom.
PILATES MAT ZOOM is done at home via Zoom.
BODY MOVES classes build strength, flexibility, or use stretching to target tight legs, hips, and back. Can be done in the studio or via Zoom.
