For classes, please reserve space as class size is limited.

Classes and private sessions use a combination of Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, Tower, Mat, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Pedi Pole, and Resister.

Kindly give 24-hour notice for class or private cancellations or you may be charged.
